Heal South Africa offers EVERY SINGLE PERSON, from every walk of life the opportunity
TO DO SOMETHING, 
IN EITHER THOUGHT, WORD OR DEED.

HEAL SOUTH AFRICA is a Project dedicated to uniting ALL South Africans
in our desire and quest for Health and Peace.

The Project is longterm, and has many wonderful Programs -
all falling under the banner - Heal South Africa.

The slogan - 4 1 4 A L L (For One For All) encapsulated the vision:
Every South African needs to take responsibility for their health
and for the creation of peace.

Our vision is to involve every single South african - participation 
can range from simple thought to actual physical involvement
By allowing the vibration of health and peace for consciousness to seep into our lives, 
we believe the effects can only snowball - as peace and health are the deepest desires 
and birthright of every human being. 

In time, we believe the program will expand, as we are not limited by any religious, race, gender or age barriers at all.

WE BELIEVE THAT HEALTH AND PEACE ARE AN
ABSOLUTE , OBTAINABLE GOAL 
The program includes:

1. THE HEALING PRAYER
The prayer has been formulated to be as non-denominational as possible, 
but if need be, certain words or phrases can be re-worded to suit particular
religious backgrounds, still keeping the original intention. 
Remember it is not the words that are important, but the INTENTION.
The prayer is being translated into all of the South African languages.
Twice a day - 10am and 10pm, the healing prayer will be said by many healers, Reiki Masters/practitioners and all who wish to make a difference.

2. THE HEALING ENERGY GRID 
Requests for peace and/or healing (individual or mass) can be emailed to:

Healers, Reiki Masters/practitioners and all who wish to will be sending prayers and healing energy to this grid on a 24 hour basis.

3. ONE MINUTE SILENCE
On certain days, (monthly by dedicated healers and all who wish to) and annually by the whole country, a time will be set aside where there will be a minute of positive silence.

4. HEAL SOUTH AFRICA WEEK
Many ideas are being put forward for this project, which will include a National Healing Day.
We aim to include mass media awareness and public participation.

5. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
A wealth of information relating to relaxation, gentle movement, breathing, self-healing (through massage and Reiki) and self-empowerment (through positive thinking and affirmation) will be made available to the public through the following avenues:

· leaflets
· talks and workshops across the country
· press, radio and television

6. THE REIKI PROGRAM
One of the ways that HSA intends to empower and involve the people, is to offer the Natural Healing Technique of Reiki. Reiki is simple yet very powerful and can be learned and used by people of all ages and backgrounds. It's ability to uplift the soul and consciousness enables the natural flow of healing and peace to take place.
Through the website - www.healsouthafrica.co.za - HSA offers a Distance Healing Prayer Program and a Distance Attunement Program for those who would like to receive healing and for those who would like to receive the gift of Reiki (the ability to heal) in their own lives. This way each individual can play an active role in their own healing process and begin to accept responsibility and claim their own inner strength and power. Attunement to Reiki is simply the awakening of an innate, natural healing ability that we all possess.

HAS holds regular large Reiki group healings to focus and send healing to all in need.
HSA intends to offer Reiki to all children through an attunement and education program in the schools.
HSA intends to offer Reiki to all prisoners through an attunement and education program in the prison system.
HSA intends to offer Reiki to all suffering from AIDS, cancer and other chronic ailments through an attunement and education program.
HSA intends to offer Reiki to all of the elderly through an attunement and education program in the homes and retirement villages.
HSA intends to offer Reiki to all the peoples of South Africa through an attunement and education program across the country.
